Onset Churches – There are two main churches of Onset that are depicted in postcards. The Catholic church on Onset Ave and the church on East Central Ave. The oldest church was the spiritualist church and can be seen next to the Methodist church in two of the postcards below. This author does not know of postcards of the spiritualist church. I would be surprised if there are none and will upload when and if one becomes available.
Note that the Methodist church was moved from it’s original location to the present location on the corner.
